I paid with cryptocurrency using SpicePay, why hasn’t my order been marked as processing?


We’re having issues with SpicePay automatically marking orders as Processing once the funds have been transferred to our cryptocurrency account. We have to check manually each day and typically do so at the beginning of the day only. We haven’t forgotten about your order, so don’t worry it’ll get out soon!
