Green Vein Kratom grows wild in Borneo's rainforests, which are estimated to be around 150 million years old!
Borneo is the world's third-largest island and is divided amongst three countries: Brunei, Malaysia, and Indonesia. While kratom plantations exist in this region, kratom here is more commonly “wildcrafted”, meaning it is harvested directly from wild trees. It are these wild trees that are known to produce a high quality kratom leaf with high alkaloid concentrations.
The vast Borneo region is a prime cultivation site for Green Vein Borneo, Red Vein Borneo and White Vein Borneo strands. Borneo kratom exports have increased dramatically to western cultures over the past decade due to its desirable uplifting aroma.
