How does the price match policy work?

If you have found the same strain on another website with a better price just e-mail us (support@kratomsource.ca) a link to the product and we will provide you with a coupon code to match their price!

Is shipping free?

Tracked shipping is free on orders above 60$.

I live in Montreal, can I come pick up my order?

Yes, absolutely! Just give us a call at 1-888-436-9080 and we will arrange a time, between 11am and 3pm, for you to pick up your order! Simply shoot us an e-mail or give us a call, arrange a time, and come by!

Why isn't my tracking number working?

For Xpresspost orders: it can take up to 24-36 hours before your order gets scanned after being picked up by Canada Post. Please be patient, your tracking will update as soon as your order gets scanned at the distribution centre.

How can I pay?

We accept Interac e-transfer and Bitcoin. This may change in the future. If you want to pay by credit card, you must order from our US site. www.KratomsourceUSA.com. Shipping will take an additional 2-4 days and must clear customs. Our US site ships from the Midwest.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Quebec. Standard delivery time for domestic orders is 1-4 business days with Canada Post (standard letter mail shipping). Untracked international orders can generally take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. Xpresspost is extremely speedy. Canadian customers should expect 1-3 days for delivery. All orders received before 13h00 EST will be shipped same day.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unopened products only. All of our products are heat sealed and they must remain so to be eligible for returns and exchanges. Orders can be cancelled for a full a refund if they have not shipped yet.

Warehouse Pickup Details

In order to pickup your order at our warehouse, you must select the pickup option at checkout. You must then send us an email, or call us at 1-888-436-9080, to arrange a pickup time. Upon arrival, you must notify us via email, or by phone, that you have arrived, and one of our staff members will come to the lobby to meet you. Please note, we can only do pickup orders between 11am and 3pm, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
