We’re having issues with SpicePay automatically marking orders as Processing once the funds have been transferred to our cryptocurrency account. We have to check manually each day and typically do so at the beginning of the day only. We haven’t forgotten about your order, so don’t worry it’ll get out soon!

Please double check to make sure your username and password are correct. Our login page is not case sensitive.

This is a common issue with people attempting to use our website on their smartphones in portrait mode. Simply rotate into landscape (make sure rotation is enabled on your phone!) and the link to My Account should appear in the top right!

All our orders are guaranteed for re-ship in the case of non-delivery. Sometimes Canada Post forgets to scan some packages. Rest assured your order is on the way and will be scanned eventually.

We currently offer same day shipping, however 24h delays may occur due to high order volume.

We accept returns for unopened products only. Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of shipment. All of our products are heat sealed and they must remain so to be eligible for returns and exchanges. Orders can be cancelled for a full a refund if they have not shipped yet.

We accept Interact E-transfers (easy to use; instructions at checkout), as well as Bitcoin.
